At the edge of the Elm-Lappwald Nature Park, the “Auleber Obstmanufaktur” produces typical regional fruit wines, aromatic syrups and authentic fruit juices and liqueurs from fruits of their own orchards and wild collections.
The carefully hand harvested and selected fruits are gently processed and brought in the fully aromatic in the bottle. The products are produced in small quantities and without artificial additives and the orchards are consistently managed according to biodynamic principles. In the tranquil Hötensleben in the Börde, the family manufactory not only cultivates good taste and the sense of culinary delights, but also makes an important contribution to the preservation of biodiversity in the region.
The “Auleber Obstmanufaktur”, founded by Marcus Nickel, is a small family business in Hötensleben in Saxony Anhalt. The idea of cultivating and preserving the local natural and cultural heritage in the form of its own manufactory was born from the love for the pristine fruit trees in the region. Thus, the manufactory uses a holistic approach to produce varietal ciders, drawn from the regional typical terroir, sweet and sour berry and fruit syrups and fine fires from old, German crops.
