In 1898, Haus Rabenhorst produced the first pure grape juice, the so-called „alcohol free“ wine. Technically this just had become possible because pasteurization simultaneously gained in importance in neighboring France. Already at that time Rabenhorst had a pioneering role, which continues to this day. As early as 1969, Rabenhorst commissioned research projects to directively promote controlled cultivation – long before the label „organic“ came to be known.
From the selection of suppliers to the filling of juices, Rabenhorst always pays attention to one thing first and foremost: quality.
