RÜBBELBERG is egg liquor (German: Eierlikör).
Made with locally hand-distilled German wheat schnapps, finest organic Bourbon-Vanilla from Madagascar, organic egg- yolk from farms in Northern Germany and a touch of fruity lime. Sustainably produced and free from lactose, it consists of only premium ingredients and offers a beguiling smell and taste.
Egg liquor has been a traditional German drink for centuries, enjoyed year-round, but traditionally during cozy Christmas and Easter time with your loved ones. When the three founders Christopher Leidinger, Philipp Nagel and Sebastian Tigges began working on the recipe in summer 2017, they wanted RÜBBELBERG to be a modern and contemporary version of that popular traditional drink.
