Chocolate is passion – that much is certain for the manufacturers at “Wildbach”, who create extraordinary chocolate with a great eye for detail and culinary creativity. High standards of quality, selected fair trade materials, no additives of any sort and careful production by hand guarantee chocolates of an inestimable quality – refined with delicious fruits and unconventional fillings.
The manufacturer produces a vast range of chocolate, including fine chocolates with pretzel crumbs, tiramisu chocolates with coffee, with maraschino and cream, or sailor-chocolates filled with bittersweet truffle cream and Jamaica rum. The manufacturer stands not only for handmade quality and exquisite chocolate, but also for sustainability, respect and fairness towards humans, animals and raw materials. They use 100% Bavarian milk from sustainable farms, fair trade Colombian cocoa beans directly from the farmer, and organic cane sugar cultivated in Paraguay. The producer pays nearly quadruple the typical sugar price – a guarantor for the distinctive Wildbach taste and sustainable, fair business relationships. Thus, it is not simply a one sided culinary delight, but a coherent and tasteful concept.
Kathleen and Gottfried Sandböck opened their small confiserie in the surrounding area of Munich – bringing plenty of passion and a concept to the table, which focuses on quality and enjoyment, not on the price tag. The manufacturers have been fashioning their own creations since 2014. They go above and beyond the trodden business and industrial paths. The raw materials are sourced from micro producers, and vendors are exclusively retailers who share the manufacturer’s philosophy and passion. The finest chocolates come into being, made by hand with the best ingredients, void of artificial aromas and preservatives, standing for fair harvesting conditions and against child labour and monocultures – organic chocolate in every sense.
